TRANSCRIPT:

Cath Anne: [00:00:05] This week I wanted to kind of wrap things up because we are going to be going into the holiday season. This semester is wrapping up rapidly and it’s coming to an end.

Cath Anne: [00:00:30] (To Instagram Viewer): Hi GKaur. Nice to see you.

Cath Anne: [00:00:35] (To Instagram Viewer): Yes, Mexicanjuicy, thesis statements can be difficult to write. That tends to be one of the more challenging things that students struggle with. So we do have specific video on thesis statements and we can maybe put it in the comments when we wrap up here. I’ll go back and put it in the comments. Is that something that you’re interested in accessing? It also should be on our Facebook, but we can send you the link to that video if you’re interested in taking a look at how to write an effective thesis statement.

Cath Anne: [00:01:18] (To Instagram Viewer): GKaur, yeah I know this semester is flying, I can’t believe that it is towards the end of the semester but I’m sure that all the students are very relieved to have a little bit of a break.

Cath Anne: [00:01:31] So that’s what I wanted to talk about this week. The holidays are coming up, the semester is wrapping up, and I know all we probably want to do is just sit in our PJ’s and drink coffee and watch Netflix all day. But because that can be so tempting it’s also good to kind of have a plan in place to keep yourself productive throughout the holiday month or so the holiday weeks or even month.

Cath Anne: [00:02:03] I’m going talk about 10 techniques that you can use to keep productive throughout the holidays. Hopefully that’ll kind of give some support around how to just keep motivated. Of course, there’s room for relaxing and spending time with family and friends but also you have to be a bit structured around it because then it can be really difficult to get back into the swing of things when you do return to school.

Cath Anne: [00:02:29] So that’s what we want to talk about this week. As the school year is winding down let’s all give each other Congratulations. WOOHOO! You guys did it. If you are still in the middle of completing exams or writing papers like Mexicanjuicy (Instagram viewer), you can do it power through those last few papers and exams! Wishing you all the best with that for sure.

Cath Anne: [00:03:20] So we’re moving towards the holidays and after a busy end of the semester it can be easy to just lounge as I said and watch Netflix all day. I’m not saying that we shouldn’t take time for downtime, but I wanted to give a few tips around how to stay productive.

Cath Anne: [00:03:39] The first step that I wanted to suggest is to plan. After completing your last few finals and getting those papers submitted probably the last thing you want to do is think about school. It can be as I said really tempting to just sit in front of your computer or your TV all day and just chill out. But even though it’s really tempting to wipe school completely off your mind I would recommend that it’s important to make a plan for yourself at some point during the holiday season so that you can be ready for that next semester.

Cath Anne: [00:04:15] Of course you’re going to be logging onto your school dashboard. I remember doing this when I was in school, checking for my grades, seeing what kind of grades I got on my papers, and on my exams. So why not take that time to go over your syllabus for the next semester. Go over some dates and write them all in your notebook because then you can kind of get a pre-emptive understanding of what you’re looking at for next semester and you’ll feel more prepared.

Cath Anne: [00:04:51] Also all of the dates that you will be required to adhere to will all be in your syllabi. It’s a good idea to go through and make sure that are no conflicting dates. Then also go through each syllabus so that you can know what you’re looking forward to in your classes when you start back. Then you can be prepared for what to expect.

Cath Anne: [00:05:21] If you’re really keen, perhaps you’re taking a more challenging course. Why don’t you get started on some of your readings. If you’re really keen student and you want to impress your professor, why not do a few of your readings just so that you can be prepared for those first few classes. That doesn’t mean going really in-depth with your readings, but maybe doing some skimming as we talked about last week in our session on speed reading. Just try skimming over the information and seeing what you what you’re diving into for next semester.

Cath Anne: [00:05:58] You can also look at purchasing a new planner and like I said writing at all those important dates, all the holidays, spring break and all your due dates for your papers so that you are ready and fresh to go in January when school starts back up. A little extra hard work just throughout these holiday months when you do have a little bit of extra time can be really helpful to transition you into next semester and help you feel prepared which is a great feeling. Feeling organized even though it does take a little bit of extra effort can really set the tone for this semester. So it’s a really good idea to make a plan for yourself if you don’t want to start your readings, that’s OK. Start with your new journal, bullet journal, or your agenda and get that prepared for next semester and that will help you set you off on a good foot.

Cath Anne: [00:06:58] Having said that we do want to take some time to do some planning and still thinking about school not completely wiping it from our minds. However, we also should make sure that we are taking some time off. The difference here is that I remember when I was in school sometimes I would get e-mails from professors asking me if I wanted to do a bonus question or if I wanted to enhance my papers so that I was able to make my grade higher and sure that is a great option. If you have that option I’m not saying to turn it down. However, it’s really important when we’re on our breaks, that we do dedicate time to taking time off away from school.

Cath Anne: [00:07:45] Of course this is in moderation with still thinking about school, but you really want to dedicate some time to spending time with friends and family and doing things that you enjoy and taking care of yourself. When we dedicate the time without feeling the need to work we’re actually going to be more productive next semester because we’ll feel rested. That is really important, in order to be a productive and motivated person so I’m just really kind of dedicate that time and space for yourself to have a little bit of downtime. Be with friends and family and to take care of yourself as well.

Cath Anne: [00:08:58] Another option that is a great idea to kind of take advantage of throughout the few weeks that you do get off for the holidays is getting a job. So, getting some work experience. Certainly because you do have a little bit of extra time maybe you have a job throughout the school year, some people don’t. Certainly, there are lots of jobs available in retail or in restaurants this time of year. So you can take advantage of that. It’s a great opportunity to put some content on your resume. Enhancing your resume and developing some new skills, some people skills, learning how to work in a retail or restaurant environment is invaluable because you learn how to work with people. It’s a great thing to have on a resume.

Cath Anne: [00:09:50] Also another option for this time of year if you’re studying something like business or accounting or law maybe take advantage of trying to seek out an opportunity in an office environment because this is a time of year where a lot of people take time off. They take vacations. They are interspersed in and out of the office. Offices can use some extra support, so they might be willing to take you on as an intern or as an interim worker to fill in the gaps for them. I would recommend just kind of investigating some different opportunities. That might look like looking up some offices that in your area: law offices or business offices. Email a manager you might know through your connections and create an opportunity for yourself to develop that kind of experience. As I said people are usually desperate for some extra support this time of year. So, if you are interested in developing some skills in an office environment, I really encourage you to do this. Also, you may even consider an unpaid internship or something, which also helps you to develop those skills.

Cath Anne: [00:11:26] It’s also a connection that you can foster when you do graduate from university. If you are towards the end of your degree or even if you’re not, it’s great to make those initial connections within organizations because connections can lead to jobs.

Instagram Viewer: [00:12:24] Great tips! That is a new way of doing things.

Cath Anne: [00:12:27] It is certainly the new way of doing things. It’s all about the connections that we have. It is probably the most common way for folks to get jobs. But now, as you’re saying, with social media and things people are really open and receptive to personal messages and putting yourself out there. Showing an interest never hurts. You might come away with a really valuable opportunity.

Cath Anne: [00:13:17] The fourth tip is to go along with getting work experience. Take time to update your resume and LinkedIn. First of all, like I said if you’re moving towards the end of your degree or your diploma you might want to set up think about setting up a LinkedIn account. I personally just got a LinkedIn account and I’ve already made some connections through it.

Cath Anne: [00:13:44] If you don’t know what LinkedIn is, it’s basically a networking site for professionals so it’s similar to Facebook only you put your resume on there or you put your professional skills, you put a professional headshot. Include some of the work that you’ve already done, and you can develop and connect with other people in the field that you’re interested in. It can be a really great way to make connections and put yourself out there in the professional field. It’s a great way for potential employers to find you and for you to demonstrate your skill set.

Cath Anne: [00:14:20] It also has a built-in mechanism so that people who have worked with you in the past can speak to your credibility, which is great. It’s because the world is becoming more competitive. Like you said GKaur, it’s great to draw on connections. Networking through LinkedIn can be a great opportunity to develop these connections and to foster a network of professionals that know you and are familiar with your work.

Cath Anne: [00:14:55] Create a LinkedIn in page if you are interested in doing that. Treat it as any other social media page so make sure that you’re updating it regularly. If you do develop any new skills, if you take new trainings make sure you’re putting it on there. Make sure your resume is up to date on there as well and add any kind of job experience or education that you receive. You’re probably not going to want pictures up there of you partying on the weekends, just a professional headshot is great for that.

Cath Anne: [00:15:43] Another thing that you can take advantage of during this downtime is to work on your resume. In addition to developing a LinkedIn site work on your work on your resume. It can be an arduous task to update your resume. I remember having to go through all the different templates and figure out what was most appropriate. It can be quite a process to update your resume especially when you’re writing papers and studying for exams and going to classes. Doing a resume or a CV can be an additional task to do while you’re in school. Take advantage of the downtime during the Christmas holidays or the holidays to reformat and retool your resume and make sure it looks really professional.

Cath Anne: [00:16:36] Also just a little mini plug if you do need some support with this this is something that Homework Help Global can help you with. If you’re interested in editing your resume or retooling it or you need it to just look more professional you can provide us with all of the information that you want to put in your resume and we can put it in a template for you and make it look really nice and professional. We can also edit resumes and look over them. Sitting by the fire with your cup of hot chocolate, just go over your resume and retool and rework it and maybe start thinking about setting up a LinkedIn account. Both of those can be great steps towards your future career starting networking early.

Cath Anne: [00:18:26] More on the casual side, take the free time that you have to read a good book. Because you are probably inundated with academic content throughout the school year you’re most likely not interested in reading more academic content. Maybe you didn’t have time throughout the school year to read that great self-help book that you wanted to read or to delve into some fiction. It’s really important, as we discussed last week, in our session about reading, to cultivate a habit of reading because then that’s when you’re going to get better at reading. So if you if you want to be really good reader, if you really want to maintain your reading skills that you’ve developed throughout this semester I recommend reading a good book. It can improve and contribute to your life. Give you some new tech techniques to start the new year with. If you’re reading fiction can be a really great way to open your imagination and help you think in different ways. It’s awesome to read different writers and expose yourself to different writers because then you become familiar with different genres and it broadens your scope. Taking time to read a good book like again what I said sitting by the fire or just relaxing with family is a great way to take advantage and be productive with the downtime you have during the holidays. Then of course when you start back at the new semester you might not have time to read that book. So it’s great to just take that time to read.

Cath Anne: [00:21:40] (To Instagram Viewer): I made do you want to start, GKaur? Wow, that’s so nice. I’m so glad. What are you thinking about reading like a self-help book or like a self-improvement book or just like a fun book? Fiction book. Fiction. Yes, something to relax I have a really bad habit of reading like serious books but I’ve been trying to develop my writing so I’ve been reading a lot more fiction and it can be it can be really fun to read fiction. It opens your mind as I was saying and gets the imagination going which is can be a difficult thing if you’re more academically oriented. So, it’s nice to read fiction. I’m glad to hear that.

Cath Anne: [00:22:47] So the next topic I wanted to talk about is, and you probably all saw this coming, exercise. Of course, throughout the holidays we all want to just relax and chill and eat as much food as possible. We love the decadent and sweet foods that are available throughout this time of year. But in order to stay fit and keep your mind sharp for the coming semester, exercise is a must.

Cath Anne: [00:23:21] It’s just really important to keep moving every day because if you don’t then you can get into a rut and get stagnant. Then you won’t feel as prepared for the next semester.

Instagram Viewer: [00:23:39] I have an amazing book just sitting there. My self-help books are great but can’t read it too much.

Cath Anne: [00:23:44] I know self-help books can be great, but you kind of have to do them in moderation or else you kind of started overthinking things I find. So that’s good. I’m glad to hear that you’re going to be reading some more fiction. It’s a good time a year to do that too. I don’t know what the weather is like where you are you in Toronto. I think it’s snowing there.

Cath Anne: [00:24:07] It can be nice to just be cozy with a really good book and then like we talked about last week, you can enhance your reading capabilities which is great.

Instagram Viewer: [00:24:26] How often are these streams launched?

Cath Anne: [00:24:29] (To Instagram Viewer): Well we do them every week usually on Tuesday evenings at 7:00p.m. Eastern Standard Time. But it depends on a week by week basis. If you do follow us here on Instagram we’re usually pretty good at updating when we’ll be having a live stream. We also do have a newsletter that goes out. So if you want to access our Web site it’s I believe it’s just homework help global dot com or just look us up on Google. Then you can sign up for our newsletter.

Cath Anne: [00:25:08] (To Instagram Viewer): You’re in Mississauga. Oh my goodness. There’s so much snow. Yeah there’s not too much snow here. We just got a bunch of rain but it’s that time of year. All kinds of different weather.

Cath Anne: [00:25:25] (To Instagram Viewer): In terms of the streams, we try to do them every week. We are definitely going to be taking a break for the holidays for a couple of weeks and then we’ll be back probably in January so just kind of keep connected with us here on Instagram. We’re good at updating when we will be having a live stream and usually I do a post in advance in the stories. Just watch our stories and follow our stream and you’ll find out do when we do stream.

Cath Anne: [00:25:56] Just jumping back to what we were talking about earlier. Going to the gym for half an hour or doing yoga, it doesn’t have to take up a lot of time but just building in that routine of doing exercise can be really helpful. It will keep you energized through the Christmas holidays when we are all bombarded with tons of food.

Cath Anne: [00:26:24] It’s probably the last thing you want to do. One hack is to exercise for seven minutes in the morning and that should set the tone for your day. It doesn’t have to be an extensive time. There is an app that I was looking at called the Seven-Minute Workout. I think it is a paid app so I didn’t want to highly recommend it but I’ve heard a lot about it. It gives you seven-minute workouts that you can do on a daily basis. It’s only seven minutes so even if you just exercise for seven minutes that can be optimal for the rest of your day. It can make you have more energy, help you can combat the feelings of sluggishness that come with this time of year as well as throughout the holiday season. Exercising makes you feel energized for the day ahead. It also helps you sleep better at nighttime when you exercise. Then you’ll also be able to eat more yummy snacks throughout the holiday season.

Cath Anne: [00:27:35] The holidays can also be a great time to cultivate a new routine. Sometimes in the holiday season we can get off track and out of our normal routines. How about attempting to counteract that by beginning a new routine? Don’t wait until the new year when everyone starts fresh because everyone does that. You know that if you go to the gym on January 2nd or 3rd it’s going to be packed. But by the time March rolls around usually people aren’t there as much so it can be great to start a new routine at the end of the semester when you’re starting your holidays.

Cath Anne: [00:28:15] One of the suggestions that I had for starting a new routine is to build little mini goals or resets into your day can help you to develop new routines and develop new habits. For example, starting your day off slowly and this is something that I’ve been trying to do a bit more.

Cath Anne: [00:28:37] We have another person popped on here: Dyyz.

Instagram Viewer: [00:28:46] I didn’t realize these lives had topics to talk about each time I initially just came to ask questions about homework.

Cath Anne: [00:28:53] (To Instagram Viewer): Oh well do you have any questions about homework? That is something that we can do. We’ve just been trying to build our reach more so each time we have topics but certainly if you do have specific questions we’d be more than willing to answer those. If I don’t know the answer right off the top of my head, then I can certainly do some research and get back to you.

Instagram Viewer: [00:29:39] I wanted to ask if you would happen to know what the usual cost would be to air an advertisement on TV for a period of two hours for business.

Cath Anne: [00:29:49] (To Instagram Viewer): I’m not quite sure because it’s not my area of expertise. I think will probably do depend on the type of advertisement you want to do and how long it would be. But the good thing about social media I guess these days is that you can kind of create your own content. So if you do other business you can advertise your stuff online. So there’s a lot of information out there on the internet about building your following online and doing advertising online.

Cath Anne: [00:32:59] Back into the content. It’s really important to be conscious of how you spend your day, those first 30 minutes. It’ll help you to think clearly and stay calm throughout what can be a hectic time of year and then you can bring that skill into your next semester. By cultivating a new habit during this time of year, you’re breaking the tendency to delve headfirst into the slump that can often come with the holidays. When there is lots of food and lots of rest and relaxation. Take this little bit of extra time to develop a new skill.

Instagram Viewer: [00:33:54] I bought a book called two-minute mornings from Chapters Indigo. It’s a brain dump type of book and tea starts my day.

Cath Anne: [00:34:00] You are on the right track. I think brain dump can be a really helpful way to start the day because it gets all that stuff that’s in your brain when you first start your morning. I think the grateful three grateful things can be really appropriate as well because it starts the day off on a positive note.

Instagram Viewer: [00:34:21] How early do you have to wake up in the morning to do all this? I wake up at 730, run the kitchen and get a bite of pizza, chug juice, and run at the door. Bad Habit.

Cath Anne: [00:34:33] I think that that’s kind of what I’m talking about here is that throughout the holiday season where you might have a break from school maybe you’ll take some time to develop a new habit.

Cath Anne: [00:34:45] And as the Neighborly Consultant (Instagram Viewer) says 7:30 is a great time to wake up in the morning. I know maybe you have classes or a job to run into early in the morning so maybe this is something that you do on your way to work or whatever works for you. Whatever is most appropriate for you. So I mean maybe you start waking up at 7 so that you can have that half hour before you head off. But maybe that doesn’t work for you and that’s okay too. I’m just talking about cultivating new habits through the holiday season when you do have that extra little bit of time.

Cath Anne: [00:35:35] Thank you. Sorry, it’s like I said, it’s a storm right now outside. So I don’t know what that noise is. It’s very it’s not the most appealing noise. I live in an old house and that’s been happening on and off. I don’t know what it is.

Instagram Viewer: [00:35:58] Better than sleeping until 12 that’s a bad habit.

Cath Anne: [00:36:04] Yes. Maintaining good sleep habits is really important. Starting the day slowly as GKaur was saying do your brain enjoy your tea do some meditation whatever you need to do to set the tone for your day. Definitely I think you guys are all on the right track by saying that you do want to make an effort to get up earlier. You don’t have to get up at 6a.m. to do all this. Whatever works best for you and whichever way you can maximize your sleep schedule and whatever’s most healthy to you.

Cath Anne: [00:36:59] (To Instagram Viewer): Thank you for jumping on the DYYZ and you’re going to the gym. That’s awesome. Good for you.

[00:37:28] So another new routine idea and this might not be for everyone but another new routine you can do throughout the holiday season is to do a tech-tox. So I just learned this term today when I was doing a bit of research. That’s pretty self-explanatory. A tech-tox talks means taking a break from technology so social media browsing the internet even watching Netflix are really easy habits to fall into two to into doing all the time when you have some extra time over the holidays. But as we know it can be detrimental to getting back into the swing of things when you attend next semester.

Cath Anne: [00:38:17] (To Instagram Viewer): Hey there, Hxney. This is called The Homework Help Learning Studio and we do a weekly Livestream about different topics pertaining to learning and student life. So this week we are talking about how to stay productive and motivated throughout the holiday season. Oh Honey with an axe. OK hi. Honey.

Cath Anne: [00:38:50] So yes some tips to maximize your productivity and motivation throughout the holiday season. We do have these streams every Tuesday. If you’re interested we’re taking a little break for the holidays. But right now we’re having it. We’ll be back in January as well. And my name’s Cath Anne and I am always hosting these sessions. If you do want to check us out, we are also on YouTube. Just look up Homework Help Global. We always leave these up for 24 hours after we post them; they’re also all on our Facebook page as well.

Cath Anne: [00:39:33] (To Instagram Viewer): Yeah hopefully it’s helpful. So yeah this week we’re talking about how to stay motivated through the holidays. So I was talking a little bit about doing a tech-tox through the holiday. Taking a break from all from technology. Obviously that’s not that’s not going to be an overall thing for everyone. Not everyone is going to be able to take a break from technology because it’s so intertwined with our lives nowadays that it’s nearly impossible to do that. But I would suggest that if you are trying to cultivate some new morning habits it could be helpful to just spend that first 30 minutes of the day away from social media away from the Internet away from Netflix and do other things that you intended to do. So set your intentions for the day, do your morning pages, have your tea. Step away from social media because when we get into that habit of going on social media on a daily basis in the morning when we first wake up then we automatically set the tone for the day and we are automatically comparing ourselves to other people.

Cath Anne: [00:41:03] (To Instagram Viewer): Hi Honey. Yes, kind of advice. Yeah. So like sometimes we might talk about help with homework. So I’ve done some talks about how to write an essay How to Write a good thesis statement. I’ve given some sessions about how to study appropriately. We talked about speed reading. This is our 11th episode. We also talk about some mental health stuff. It’s basically based on what people want to hear and learn about. Just so you know my background is in social work. But I’m also a Top Writer for Homework Help Global and I’m the host of this show. If you do have any ideas if you have anything that you want to talk about or if you have any questions, then certainly just shoot them our way. You can send them in to our direct messages here on Instagram or you can use the #askHHG on Twitter. So whatever works best for you. But yeah, we just kind of talk about whatever is comes up.

Cath Anne: [00:42:36] (To Instagram Viewer): Yes thanks. Thanks GKaur appreciate you putting that hash tag up there.

Cath Anne: [00:42:47] There’s that noise again. Sorry guys I don’t know what that is really. It is terrifying though.

Cath Anne: [00:42:53] So taking a break from technology for the first 30 minutes of your day can be a great habit to start forming throughout the holiday season. Maybe you decide to take a tech break throughout the day for an hour. Just stepping away from tech and getting yourself used to forming that habit can be a really good thing to cultivate throughout the holiday season.

Cath Anne: [00:43:28] The next one: I should have probably mentioned this after exercise, eat healthy food. This one goes along with exercising. We know that holidays are a food lover’s dream. We all love then we all over indulge. However, you can run the risk of feeling pretty crappy if you’re not fueling your body properly. While you should definitely allow yourself some indulgences because it’s that time of year. Make sure you’re still getting the nutrients your body needs to save fuel throughout the day. You don’t want to go back into next semester not feeling great about yourself particularly throughout the winter months. It can be really easy to put on a few extra pounds, which is fine or even get a cold or flu. We need to make sure that we are staying healthy and fighting off those colds and flus by keeping our body filled with appropriate food. The last thing you want to do is to be sick and not or not enjoy that well-earned time off from school. So when you make sure you eat healthy you can go back into the new semester feeling well and refreshed rather than sick and bogged down. A really good way to get that healthy stuff first thing in the morning is to start your day with a green smoothie. Put some protein powder in there, put some spinach in there, and different veggies, bananas, fruit. Then you’re going to set the tone for the day and you’re already going to have a really good strong intake of fresh veggies and fruit. You won’t have to worry about it as much throughout the day and then you can indulge in that Chinese food and the turkey dinners later in the week. Or the yummy chocolates or whatever you guys have for your holiday dinner.

[00:45:21] The last tip that I wanted to give you guys, and this has been a great session. I’m really happy with how this is going. Making lists. This is something that I was always hesitant to do because I always felt that list kind of had this feeling of overwhelm because I made a list and then it made me feel like I had so much to do. During the holidays it can be kind of hectic because we’re all trying to get gifts, plan get togethers, make certain that our families are content. It’s just a time of busyness for everyone depending on how you celebrate. It’s just it’s a busy time of year regardless. So it can be difficult to know if you’re going to be able to get everything done that you feel like you need to be done. So making a list, can be really helpful. The best thing I’ve ever done is invested in a moleskin notebook which I developed into a bullet journal. You can get access to bullet journaling tutorials on YouTube. Just type in bullet journal and there are all different kinds of tutorials for that. I highly recommend it because it’s really helpful to have just one book with blank pages that you can write in and record your list so you can make your own schedules, you can write recipes in there. Use it for whatever you feel. Then everything is in one book instead of having different post-it notes and things scattered around your house.

[00:46:59] I find it’s really helpful to have access to that one book. Then you know that everything is in there. I highly recommend looking into bullet journaling if that’s something you’re interested in. By making a list you’ll be more likely to do to get the things done you want to do throughout the holidays while also being able to make time for spending time with friends and family and for taking care of yourself.

[00:47:25] The final tenet that I wanted to bring forward was that when you do feel overwhelmed with lists, narrow your priorities down to three per day.

[00:47:42] When you start your day after you’ve had your nice slow coffee and you’ve done your meditation or you your morning reading, go look at your list see what’s on for the day. See what’s on the schedule and narrow that down to three top priorities. When you narrow that down to three and you solidify those top priorities, then you’re going to be less distracted by some of the other stuff. You’re going to be more productive because you’re setting three top goals for yourself for the day.

[00:49:17] This is going to be our last show before the holidays and we will be definitely back in January. So I wish you all a Happy Holiday. However, you spend it and we will see you in the New Year. As I mentioned earlier if you guys are interested in accessing our shows we are on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, Google Plus, YouTube. We’re on Medium. We do some blogging on Medium. We’re also now on SoundCloud, Anchor, iTunes Apple Podcast, and Google Play Music, we stream our podcast on there. So you just you can just search for Homework Help Global and you’ll be able to find us on any of those channels.

[00:51:18] Everyone have a great holiday GKaur and the Neighbourly Consultant. Take care. I’m going to miss you guys and I will see you soon. Bye.
